An exposition of artillery from the First and Second World Wars is located 1.5 km from the center of Kerimyak.

In summer, pop music lovers from all over Finland come to Kerimäki. A festival is held on the shore to the sound of waves.

The most famous Finnish pop musicians perform at two venues for three days.

In winter, an ice sculpture competition for the title of Champion of Finland is held in Kerimyaki. In 2017, the festival is held  25.2-26.2.
